By 1872, his vision became the mighty Bard’s Warf, a bustling hub until the spotlight was stolen. Enter his son, Richard Bard, who fought to keep the dream afloat. Despite storms and setbacks, Richard’s drive gave rise to the Port of Hueneme in 1939—a thriving harbor born from a legacy of resilience and grit! But that’s not the whole story, come hear the rest at the museum...
