The Channel Islands Maritime Museum is proud to announce our 25th Celebration of the Whales is happening on April 7th! Join us for fun for the entire family!
Our courtyard will feature a variety of educational activities on whales! Learn about whale anatomy and migratory patterns through exciting and interactive lessons fit for all ages. How big is a whale heart? What does a whale vertebra feel like? How do whales talk to each other? Come find out!
Additionally, our popular toy boat-building activity is back! Come build and decorate your very own wooden boat to take home!
Enjoy refreshments from a selection of food trucks, browse locally-made arts and crafts, and see incredible sidewalk chalk artists at work.
There's plenty to see and do! This outdoor event, from 11 AM to 3 PM, is free and open to the public! The museum is open and regular admission fees apply.
